Description:
From Dick Wall:

Once this is implemented, see bugid 6238462
"We suggest adding a Bind to Message Bundle (or something like that) which lists
any message bundles in the default package, and lets you expand them and pick
one of the messages from the bundle. It may get unwieldy if there are hundreds
of messages in one bundle, so perhaps there is a better way to present it (for
example - 2 panes - one selects the bundle and the other is populated with a
scrollable list of the message properties). Something along those lines anyway."

an additional feature request is to
"Allow a user to add a new property into the bundle from that dialog screen
would save even more time (you want to add a label property that is not there
already, hit a button and you can add it right there instead of having to go to
the property page)."
