The Struts support has to be upgraded to support the latest version of Struts. I think must keep struts 1.2.9 in netbeans. Struts 1.3.x perform the "Chain of responsibility" pattern , is more different from 1.2.9 by default(without specify the legacy Controller for v1.2.x)。 I think the struts 2 may be enter netbeans For Struts 2 support there is a projecton on deva.java.net (https://nbstruts2support.dev.java.net/) Priority -> P2, TM -> M10. Obsolete milestone, please reevaluate need sturns1.3 plgin is required for netbeans 6.1 This old bug may not be relevant anymore.
