This is an umbrella issue for improvement of sources management in JPDA debugger.

Scheduling to future release. This needs some bigger redesign.

Log: #90398 - Stuff necessary for the redesign of Sources View.
Every session provider can define a "static" (not session-specific) content for a view.
Also an experimental support for tabbs is added.
