The following scenario should be supported: 
1) The user starts engine using JNLP/bundled installer/media installer/etc 
without any additional parameteres
2) The extra page should be available at the end of installation where the user 
can create a one-file bundle with all the components that (s)he has installed or 
the state file that (s)he could use for silent installation later.

How does it intersect with current -silent mechanism ?
