Assuming that we will be able to provide a guide in NB wiki based e.g. on
Geertjan's manifest guide.

Bug prior to 7.0, not touched for the last 2 years --> P4.

Report from old NetBeans version. Due to code changes since it was reported likely to not happen. Feel free to reopen if happens in 8.0.2 or 8.1.
