UI element invisible when creating new <component> reference in Schema view of
XML Schema Editor.
To reproduce: add any reference (element, attribute, attribute group, group)
--> <component> Reference dialog box appears with only "Current Selection:" text
and OK/Cancel/Help buttons.
Need to resize the dialog box to make the tree control (selection list) visible.

fix for 84152 caused this issue and 85191.
We must add the tree to customizer panels, and do the selection.
To fix 84152 we must select current selection immediately and not in invokelater.
Fix checked in.
