I've spent come cycles on this in the couple of last days, here is the result:

* I like the feature very much! Good job!
* I like the small buttons on the collapsed activities.
* I don't like the big collapse button together with the action buttons in the
contextual toolbar; and also the fact that expand button has a dual presence (on
toolbar and on activity).

I've updated the specification with my proposal that deals with mentioned issues:
http://xdesign-tools.czech.sun.com:8080/JSPWiki/Wiki.jsp?page=IZ88844

The visual appearance that I got from visual designer is not perfect; perhaps
the button could be that bold only on mouse-over; and normally it could me more
saddle (transparent). I'm also suggesting let the button to be visible all the
time (even when the activity is not selected) so we need to make it very saddle.

Also the sensitive area can be 2 pixels larger then the actual button to make it
more usable.

Let me know, what you think, and if we can make this.

Thanks!

Ooops, I though this issue is related to BPEL diagram; but it's related to XSD
Design View. Reassigning back to me.
