Description:
Steps to reproduce:
- Create new JBI BPEL Module.
- Add new bpel process and open multy-view editor.
- Add Event Handlers to process by popup menu.
- Notice that it's impossible to add onEvent/onAlarm hadler to Event Handlers.

Can not reproduce.

Verified in build from 060723 - not reproducible
