I am unable to work with the Beta II anymore.

I was typing on the IDE and left it for a few minutes. 

When I came back I only saw a gray screen. After waiting for a few minutes I
killed the IDE, and after that I can't use the IDE anymore. It starts and it
just hangs after a few minutes.

I was able to do a thread dump with "stack trace" from AdaptJ System, I'll
attach it

OK. Please try to delete var/cache/mdrstorage and restart netbeans...

This issue is not valid in current builds any more. Java support was completely
redesigned in 6.0 time frame. Please use NetBeans 6.0 and later.
