I've tried to start jackpot session, but it failed with attached NPE.

Appears to be a problem with path conversion on Windows systems, will confirm as
soon as I can set such a system up.

jackpot was including source files found in jar files (some of core's unit tests
have them), and javac couldn't handle jar URLs.  I've turned off jar expansion
in jackpot.
