Has nothing to do with execution (of user apps). we'll note it in the release notes I'm not sure what the exact issue is but this workaround may be impossible to apply in certain environments. I would suggest to find out the problems JDB1.4/NB is having, post them here in more detail and contact: Daniel J Walsh (dwalsh at his site redhat.com). He was handling the security policies (at least for Fedora/RedHat). Suggesting users to lower their security is not a good idea. This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
