It is on JDK 122+ Hotspot 101 + Win NT

Steps to reproduction:
1) Create class from template
2) Add String any= "any string"
3) Choose Lokalize from tools of popup menu (in editor)
4) Select file with bundles
5) Edit Bundles
6) Add new bundle + enter
7) Deadlock
