It would be nice to be able to configure your own
'external objects' where I can bind eg. .rtf files
to eg. Wordpad and thus be able to open an *.rtf
file from the IDE's filesystem. This applies also
to other objects, say *.doc, grafik objects, uml,...

Shall I just change the version info if i want to have this issue resolved in
newer version of nb? 3.6 -> 4.1
