User problem:

The existing property sheet has some usability
issues, and th
e design is a bit outdated.

User need:
-----------------------------------
The user needs to be able to customize various
parts of the system easily. For many things this
should be accomplished by dedicated UI, but in
some cases, a "generic" settings UI (the property
sheet), which requires minimum UI implementation
is preferred (for implementation/design reasons).

Product requirement:
-----------------------------------
Redesign the property sheet to make it look more
modern and be more usable.
