1.Tools->Options->IDE Configuration->Server and
External Tools Settings->Diff Settings
2.Select 'Default Diff Engine' property editor
3.Wait for the 'Default Diff Engine' dialog
4.Select the Diff Engines->Build-In Diff Engine node
5.Push Shift-F10, select 'Customize Bean' from
context menu
6.wait for the 'Customize Bean' dialog
7.Close the 'Customize Bean' dialog
8.Push Shift-F10 and select 'Customize Bean' from
context menu again
9.The 'Customize Bean' dialog is opened without focus
10.Focus is on the 'Default Diff Engine' dialog
11.Push the Esc key
12.The 'Customize Bean' and 'Default Diff
Engine'dialogs are closed  
13.Select 'Default Diff Engine' property editor again

Both dialogs are opened.

Reassigning to openide/property sheets but new code for property
sheets was delivered and it worked for me in current dev builds. Close
as worksforme.

It works fine in [nb_dev](20030903), [jdk1.4.2_01]
