update_tracking/*.xml files (generated during
build) currently
uses codenamebase instead of codename:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF8"?>
  <module codename="org.netbeans.modules.java">

There should be:
  <module codename="org.netbeans.modules.java/1">
