It is not possible to sign up for NetCAT 9.0 program, because going to the sign up form [1] only displays empty page except the typical dashboard menu on the right hand side.

For the record we are looking into it but all attempts to resolve the issue failed so far. Will be fixed next Thursday at the latest.
