Short cut for "Select All" is Ctrl+A, but it isn't
displayed in popup menu of Output terminal. Why ?

It's standard. The same behaviour as in editor, Edit menu.

Hmm, maybe I am not right, but in Editor action "Select All" isn't
present in popup menu. 
If you invoke popup menu of Output Widow and you saw Select All
without short-cut, it means that there isn't short cut, no that there
is standard short cut !
