Red Hat has a PasS site, OpenShift, where people can run their apps for free.

Eclipse has some support for it for JBoss AS and EAP, like, deploying, restarting, showing logs, changing accounts, adding gears, etc.

It would be cool if NetBeans also had some support. Especially showing server logs would be very useful.
