Steps: Use the full IDE installed distribution with fresh userdir (no feature activated) -> go to profile menu -> there are only two items there:
Load IDE Snapshot
Load Heap Dump

I think "Attach Profiler" should also be there (it used to be, dunno why it was removed) and maybe more generic "Load snapshot" should be there instead of Load IDE Snapshot...

Should be fixed by fixing Bug 254345.
