If I start NetBeans 7.2 with --locale sv
The main menues (File, Edit, View, Navigate, ...) are in Swedish. So that works.
But the window commands (Close, Close Group, Maximize, Minimize, ...) are still in English.

Currently we translate and maintain only ja, zh_CN, pt_BR and ru for entire IDE and
es, it, de and fr just for NetBeans platform.
If someone want to translate and update other parts, please let us know.
