slownes

Most recent release of NetBeans 7.3 (http://bits.netbeans.org/download/trunk/nightly/latest/bundles/netbeans-trunk-nightly-201211040001-javaee-macosx.dmg) is broken.

It is not possible to use it.

During startup, slowness is detected. After that, NetBeans freezes. It consumes 100% of CPU but nothing happens.

I'm seeing the same issue on Linux Mint 14. The minute I add a new PHP project, the scanner hits 100% complete and maxes out my processor at 100%. I'm currently running it on an Intel Core i7 box with 16GB RAM and Java 1.6.0_33.
