Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.2 (Build 201207171143)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.8 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_33
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 20.8-b03-424

I permanetly loos connection to open files. -> File *** is not valid
Then I have to restart NetBeans and hopfully this does not occure
for a while.

What it means you "loos[e] a connection"? Please, try to provide better description of your situation. Btw. aren't you using PHP?

The projects php files are located on an SMB share.
Randomly netbeans loos them. I don't know if this is a
SMBX (New Mountain Lion Samba-Client) Bug or a problem 
within netbeans. Editing files on a local drive works fine.

I too am getting this error.  I don't know where it's coming from, but I too am using smb.
