Description mcolegrove2 2012-07-02 17:08:45 UTC
I recently upgraded to try out rc1 of nb 7.2.

Now when I use Command 1 to automatically show the source code in the project that I have open it does not do it.

It did do this fine in 7.1.

Command 2 to navigate to the code in the file system also does not work now.

Can you please check keymap settings?

I cannot see a Mac keyboard setting that is preventing hot keying via Shift Command 1 to the source in a project. Not apparent on the mac and I made no changes to the key settings on nb7.2rc1. Nb 7.2rc1 was installed vanilla.

Shift Command 1 still does not navigate to source in project and Shift Command 2 does not navigate to source in file (system) presently.

However,
If in source editor view click on "Navigate" and then click on "Select in Projects" the cursor focus does indeed go the source member opening the package and in the appropriate Project.

Only, using the track pad/mouse and "Navigate" can I get the "Select in Projects" feature to work.

This does indeed suggest and keying problem stepping in the way yet.

Thanks for info, did you check also Netbeans keyboard setting?

There is quick way to find out if OS (or another application) is blocking some shortcut - just open Preferences (Options on non-Mac OS) -> Keymap and try to type the shortcut into Search in Shortcuts textfield.
