Please give the Text Input Fields on (Properties/Options/Settings) Dialogues a standard Cut/Copy/Paste Context Menu. 

Tasks like Configuring a remote Connection are most likely done by Copy and Paste. There are some People using NB on a Windows Sytem expecting Input Fields to have a Context Menu.

6 Years later still no context menus in dialogs. Sad.

If you don't want to wait another 6 years, I recommend to report it here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa against "NETBEANS" project and "platform - Property Editors" component, then clone https://github.com/apache/incubator-netbeans repository, allocate two weeks for studying sources in ide/properties/src/org/netbeans/modules/properties directory, then fixing and testing it locally in another week and finally contributing back to NetBeans project as your pull request.
