J2SEConfigurationProviderTest fails on Windows. It starts but early after beginning it starts to wait forever. It seems similar like http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7162144 but this happens also with JDK6. To reproduce:

- open java.j2seproject
- open test\unit\src\org\netbeans\modules\java\j2seproject\J2SEConfigurationProviderTest.java
- run test (ctrl+F6)
