Currently the Versioning explorer is a topcomponent on its own which is opened
on request (popup menu in regular explorer's node). Such component occupies user
display space even when just single file is to be examined.

Make versioning explorer more integrated within the default Explorer view to let
the user access the versioning information for single files straight from the
explorer. Take advantage of the Looks API.

Decreasing to P3 - nice-to-have. Looks are scheduled to 4.0, possibly
be in 3.4 timeframe as experimental API module. Thus in the same
timeframe we can make experimental integration of versions into
Explorer.

Changing the target to 4.0. It's not doable in 3.4 timeframe without
stable Looks APIs.

This is a P3 -- Nice-to-have. Currently it's not clear whether this
will be implemented or not. Rescheduling to Milestone 7.1 for now.

Currently not planned for NetBeans 4.0, or at least on concrete
milestone or date, so removing milestone keyword. We may still
reconsider this.
