Java: 1.7.0; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 21.0-b16

I call at options, turn off the spell checking everywhere, press "Ok" - spellchecker continues to work.
I restart NetBeans, I call at options - spell checking is on everywhere.

Report from old NetBeans version. Due to code changes since it was reported likely to not happen. Feel free to reopen if happens in 8.0.2 or 8.1.
