When a user tries to drag and drop an operation from a Web Service (for example "getGoogleMap" of Google Map Service under Web Services item on Services Tab in IDE) in to an open java class file of a Java ME project, nothing happens i.e. no source code gets generated automatically.

Is this in the plan for 7.2? Or was it already implemented?

Yes, it is planned for 7.2
Not implemented yet.
