Rather than using tool tips to display the toString() versions of
objects in the Bean Browser - which is pretty annoying, since tool
tips disappear after a timeout and cannot be copied - display such
information in the property sheet. More discoverable too.

Target milestone was changed from '3.4' to TBD.
