Steps to repro:

1. Select any Windows XP platform (XP Pro or XP Home).
2. Install any JDK 6u19 b02.
3. Install Netbeans 6.8 & run tests.

Result: "testRubyApplicationPanel" in "org.netbeans.jellytools.NewRubyProjectNameLocationStepOperatorTest" class
fails on any Windows XP platform (XP Pro or XP Home) with JDK 6u19 b02. Tried re-running test but fail still remains.

More Info:
This test passes on Windows XP platforms with JDK 6u18 & JDK 6u17.

Seems to be a QE acceptance test - Petre, can you take a look at this?
