I don't think that current annotation API supports annotations, which spans 
multiple lines in the gutter. It would be great if there's such API. to 
visualize ranged items in the editor

Eval: Api enhancement needs to be designed & implemented, (e.g.
similar like it is Line.Part, e.g. Line.Block?).
