This is umbrella task.
C/C++ plugin is going to reuse task list.
Some limitation do not allow to do it at production level.
So we need to understand on planning NB6.9 phase:
Is task list team going to extend API and implements enhancements in NB6.9?
If yes we need API at beginning of development NB6.9 phase.
