Netbeans' diff usability is very poor when compared to Beyond Compare. Some things off the top of my mind:

- Ability to find text inside a diff window
- The "inline diff" in the Netbeans editor is very hard to read. Sometimes the window that pops up is too small to
display single-line diffs.
- Line versus character-level diffs (granted, this is icing on the cake)
