When I see a stack trace in the GF 2.1 console, the java source is hyperlinked but jsp and jspf files are not
hyperlinked. They should be hyperlinked for ease of navigation and consistency with java source.

Debugger does not write anything into the GF 2.1 console.

changes to the v2 plugin are not high priority
