Plugin Portal homepage has a "Featured Plugin" section that promotes recently published cool plugins every other week.
The list of plugins to be featured is held in an internal Wiki however it would be great if there was a stack of plugins
that would change the featured plugin automatically and notify someone in case the stack has only last remaining plugin.
It happens sometimes that featured plugin is changed later because humans simply forget to manually set it.
Administrator would only need to collect enough of plugin IDs and load the magazine.

Could this be implemented for NetBeans IDE 8.0.1 release? Increasing priority.
