[own build of 2009/02/26]
Steps to reproduce:
-let's have a few of Bugtracking Repositories connected in IDE
-select the last one in Bugtracking Repositories combo box and work with it
-close Find Issues tab
-open Find Issues tab again
-->> The first repository is selected in the list
