Now if user works on one computer, but then install NetBeans on another and starts to work on another, it is necessary
to copy userdir manually, but for some users it can be not obviously. It will be much easier if IDE has some mechanism
to copy userdir and other stuff (like projects, libraries, etc.) from one computer to another.
I don't know exact component for this issue, so I filed it under "ide" component. Please reassign it if necessary.
