Currently, netbeans startup parameters (path to JDK, default userdir, heap size etc.) must be configured by editing
netbeans.conf manually.

It would be nice to have a GUI for that (hidden somewhere in "Tools>Options>Miscellaneous>IDE Startup", for example).
