Java: 1.6.0_10; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b15
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Observed:
Create some Web Application and choose WebSphere as the server. Then open ibm-web-bnd.xmi file and add new resource
reference binding or new ejb reference binding. After then try to delete them. When you click on button "Remove this
Binding", it looks like nothing happend. You must go to another tab or close and open this file again to see the changes.

I tried to reproduce this bug and it looks that editing of ibm-web-bnd.xml in design view doesn't work at all. Or maybe
it works, but it isn't redraw if I make some changes.

I'm sorry, I forgot - reproducible with NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200901120201).
