Steps to reproduce:
- open Customize Toolbars dialog
- check Small Toolbar Icons checkbox
- press Reset Toolbars button
Reset Toolbars action is successfully invoked, but the Small Toolbar Icons checkbox remains selected, although icons are
not small anymore.
