Currently, the big IDE has 15 "Go to <something>" actions, but their number is expected to grow along with the number of
supported projects and technologies. In most cases, they only work for certain project type(s) in a defined context,
which is not known to users who do not use the particular technology as well as to (presumably) many users who do use
that technology. Finding and using the right one of these actions becomes increasingly complex with their number. 

We need to consolidate these and possibly even to deploy a completely new approach to navigating to various files in the
IDE. In the future, this issue will be an umbrella for tasks/defects related to this effort.
