According to issue 141514, EJB task scanning slows down the task list too much, so it can not be turned on by default.
It should be made fast enough so it can be on by default.

This should be addressed in the next release.

EJB Verification is disabled now.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
