I've imported a grails project previously developped using intellij idea.
Some files are not correctly encoded and i'd like to be able to change it. It should be interesting to do that at a
project level.

139484 is same as this I think 

for changing encoding of files from imported project, there is a module
on update center that allows this - search with word encoding when using
tools-plugins its called Encoding Support.
