STEPS
Launch NB6.5m1
Switch focus to another application (a web browser, for example)

EXPECT
NB starts in the background, perhaps flashes it's appbar icon when it's finished starting

ACTUAL
After the splash screen, when the app loads, it claims focus from the foreground application

NOTES
Annoying behavior - gives a bad impression everytime I start NB

please provide jdk and os info. also what window manager do you use?
