When I register a domain... I can

enter the name of a non-existent domain... with no '/' and it creates an embedded domain.
entry an absolute path to a non-existent domain and the domain is created in that location.

if I enter a relative path (with a '/' character in it)... I would like to see a domain created, too.  Right now that
doesn't seem to be possible.

no issue should be assigned to issues. redistributing the load
