Add functionality of plugin Missing Module Resolver among other feature provided by Autoupdate.
Prototype is on http://hg.netbeans.org/main/contrib/moduleresolver.
Needs to:
* create new module for that functionality
* UI changes
** change of [Disable&Continue] [Exit] dialog while launching NetBeans IDE
** improve UI of Missing Module Resolver itself
* pay attention to edge cases: offline mode, unrecoverable dependencies and so on
