UEI enhancements from current 1.0.2 are necessary to accommodate latest technologies through this interface. This mainly
includes necessary CDC and MIDP 3.0 related items. This work needs to be done in prior to other, as far as there is
strong dependence on this interface definition for tools and SDK's. There is also one possible issue, the current UEI
interface is open sourced on uei.dev.java.net, so the final version should be discussed and approved by UEI advisory board.
