j2ee.sun.appsrv exposes a friend API that is highly disorganized -- ie a rather than nicely grouped api and spi packages
being public, several random packages in the module are public.

Since the module is now being used by modules not developed by this group (avk, ws7, jbi, identity), we really need to
clean this up to clarify what is module implementation and what is api.

Furthermore, given how much JavaEE and server dependent code is in this module, if there are parts of the API or just
randomly shared code that aren't dependent on JavaEE (e.g. UI such as NameValuePairPropertyEditor), perhaps they should
be in a separate UI module.
