a feature, which allows users easy to orientate in PHP source code as well as to perform some basic actions.

In NB6.0 Navigator was based on limited functionality provided by Schlieman.

New Navigator should be based on PHP Src Model

was decided to be P4 for NB6.1

will have the same navigator provided by schlieman.
Will extend current one by additional elements if possible:
- variables
- class variables

Implemented in NB 6.5
